My name is Ted and I am 12 years old. In 2023, I carried out a science fair project to determine the best mixture for concrete planter pots. My project was selected for the Northland Regional Science Fair. Unfortunately, I didn’t win a prize but a lot of people saw my project and pots and asked if they could buy them. I have been making and selling my pots (often selling out) at the Kerikeri markets since December 2023.

In January 2024, I started propagating plants in the hopes they will be ready to sell at the end of the year. This year, my science project is testing fertilisers for water propagation. 

In April 2024, I added Jesmonite Homewares to my business.
