Policy

We courier our products via Post Haste or NZ Couriers. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. If you provide the courier authority to leave, please ensure you choose a safe place, as we take no responsibility for damaged parcels once left at your property. 

Orders are fulfilled on Mondays and Thursdays.

We also offer a pick up option. This is available at checkout. Depending on your order, it will take 2-5 days to be ready. We will send you a message when ready for collection.
