Jewellery Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your jewellery, please review our returns policy below.
Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe:
Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. -
Condition:
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging (e.g., jewellery boxes or pouches). -
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale items or items purchased with significant discounts.
Return Process
- Contact us at lana@kalani.co.nz with your order details and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked courier as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault within 90 days, please contact us with photos of the issue and proof of purchase. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
- Please note that our warranty only covers faults resulting from normal and proper use of the jewellery, as outlined in our care instructions. Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care is not covered.
